SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY AND MODIFICATIONS We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate or current. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice.

SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store.

SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 6 - USER COMMENTS AND PERSONAL INFORMATION Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy.

SECTION 7 - PROHIBITED USES In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose or to infringe upon our intellectual property rights.

SECTION 8 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no case shall Eurogear be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of any of the service or products procured.

SECTION 9 - CUSTOM MANUFACTURING & FINAL SALES All Eurogear products, specifically including every custom steering wheel build regardless of vehicle make or model, are custom-manufactured to specific customer requirements. Because these items are "one-of-one" builds tailored to your specific vehicle and design choices, all sales are final.

SECTION 10 - CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • No-Cancellation: Once an order is placed and enters the production queue, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Materials are committed at the time of order, making cancellations impossible once the build has commenced.

  • Right to Repair: In the event of a manufacturing defect, Eurogear reserves the "Right to Repair" or replace the component before a refund is considered.

  • Aesthetic Variations: Minor variations in hand-crafted materials, such as carbon fiber weave or leather stitching, are characteristic of custom builds and are not considered manufacturing defects.

SECTION 11 - SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS Our financial responsibility ends once the package is handed over to the carrier and a tracking number is generated. Any claims for "Item Not Received" or damage during transit must be filed by the customer directly with the shipping carrier. We provide full documentation to defend against fraudulent chargeback disputes.

SECTION 12 - LEAD TIMES & AGREEMENT Estimated production times are approximations and not guarantees. Delays in logistics do not entitle the customer to a refund. By checking the mandatory agreement box at checkout, you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
