Custom-wheel production & delivery

Custom-wheel production and delivery are estimated at 3–5 weeks in total. This includes making your wheel and shipping it to you.

The estimate varies by build and destination. Customs clearance, carrier delays and busy periods may affect the arrival date.

Shipping

Eurogear offers free worldwide shipping. For a different product or a specific delivery requirement, contact support@eurogear.store before ordering.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, we send a shipping notification with tracking information to the email address used for your order. You can also use our order tracking page.

Delivery questions

If your custom wheel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact support@eurogear.store with your order number so we can check its status.
